And I let you some of the popular attractions tickets for the Garden by the Bay just below so you can have an idea of what it looks like.
Lily Pond
It is located inside the Garden by the bay. This spot is famous for the instagram picture but it also gives you a really nice view of the Marina Bay surrounded by nature. It is completely worth a visit while you walk around the garden.

Light show at the Supertrees
Come back to the Garden by the bay and admire the night show at the Supertrees! The show happens every single night at 7:45pm and 8:46pm ( you can check the schedule here)
Mohammed Ali Lane
Walk around the area and visit this street with the famous street art that you can see on the picture below. It is quite big and actually very impressive. This area holds some nice cafés as well and is near to a Chinese food market.

Buddha Tooth Relic Temple
Near by the Mohammed Ali Lane you will find this nice Chinese temple. You can visit for free and read about your Chinese sign. My year’s sign is a rat … What about you?
Old Hill Street Police Station
This building is one of the colonial landmark of Singapore and it is a national monument since 1998. It has this distinctive windows that have the colors of the rainbow.

St Andrew Cathderal
It is the oldest Anglican sight in Singapore. You can visit it for free. I personally didn’t have the time to go but I’ll be going on my next trip to Singapore for sure.
Haji Ln
Not like other parts of Singapore this street has an alternative vibe. There are colorful buildings with Cafés restaurants and little boutiques.
Arab St
Singapore is a cosmopolite city and Arab street is a good example. If you want to go further than the most touristic sights than you should head over there and have walk around. The view on the mosque is absolutely stunning too.
Kampong Glam
This is the Muslim neighbourdhood. You can find the Arab street in the area and lots of local restaurants.

Where to stay
We stayed at Lyf Farrer Park and we really enjoyed it. The location is very convenient and there is a metro station right next to the hotel. We could also do our laundry which was a plus.
